There's always considerable risk  involved when making such a large purchase decision, but a professional  inspection will significantly reduce your risk  and help make the entire  home buying process easier and less stressful. I believe that the buyer, seller, or agent are honest, and as an independant  home  inspector, any unknown issues that may come up, are appreciated. A level playing field is best for the reputations of all involved, everyone becomes a winner.

When should you get an inspection?

• Before closing on any home purchase or investment property purchase
• When thinking of selling your home so you'll know what issues buyers will want repaired
• For an overall inventory of your home's condition

 I strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the  inspection. You should feel free to ask  me any questions you may have during the  inspection process.  I will point out issues or problems and explain them to you.  I will also show you the good points of the house as well. Plus, I will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the  inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your  home, and how to maintain them.

You'll get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the  inspection will be included in the report. I use the ITA Matrix  inspection report.[combiation of check list, and naritive report]  In most cases , the report will be filled in on site for your benefit and while issues are fresh in memory, also some areas may even be rechecked for accuracy. In some cases I will send Via Email,an addendum with overview and pictures to help in understanding the report. 

 With the informatiod  my report will provide for you, you will be able to make

 a decision with confidence that will be in your own best interest.
